Our noodles are crafted from 100% durum semolina, grown in Montana’s golden wheat fields. Wild West Mac & Cheese is the passion project of Aaron Hecht, a Montana native with a love for comfort food and a deep appreciation for quality ingredients. Growing up in eastern Montana, Aaron learned the value of locally sourced products and the magic of gathering around a great meal.
In 1999, he opened Wild West Pizzeria, quickly earning a reputation for bold flavors and exceptional quality. Building on that success, he introduced Wild West Mac & Cheese—a dish that brings people together through its rich, creamy goodness and simple, heartfelt flavors.
